Return & Refund Policy

At Finishing Touches Interiors, we want you to feel confident when placing your order. Because many of our products are made or selected specifically for each customer, return eligibility varies by product type.

Custom Window Coverings

All custom blinds, cellular shades, zebra shades, shutters, and other made-to-measure window coverings are final sale once the order has been submitted for production.

Custom products are manufactured according to the measurements, colours, mount types, fabrics, and other options selected at the time of ordering. Please review all measurements and selections carefully before completing checkout.

Finishing Touches Interiors cannot accept returns or issue refunds for custom products due to incorrect measurements, incorrect selections, change of mind, or differences in colour appearance between screens and physical materials.

Fabric samples are available upon request for customers who would like to review a colour or material before ordering.

Quick Ship Cellular Blinds

Quick Ship Cellular Blinds are offered in preset sizes and configurations. Please carefully review the selected width, length, colour, light-control option, and mount type before placing your order.

Once an order has entered processing or production, it may not be eligible for cancellation or return.

Bedding & Sleep Products

Unused bedding products may be eligible for return when they are in their original, unopened packaging and in resalable condition.

For hygiene reasons, bedding, sheets, mattress protectors, and similar sleep products that have been opened, used, washed, installed, or removed from their original sealed packaging cannot be returned.

Please contact us before sending or attempting to return any product. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it is received. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible at info@finishingtouchesinteriors.com.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs where applicable. We will review the matter and arrange the appropriate next steps, which may include replacement, repair, or refund where applicable.

Manufacturer defects involving window coverings may also be handled in accordance with the applicable product warranty.

Cancellations

If you need to request a cancellation, contact us immediately after placing your order.

Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun. We cannot guarantee that a cancellation request can be accommodated after an order has been submitted for processing.

Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times can vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original delivery or shipping charges, where applicable, are generally non-refundable unless the return results from an error by Finishing Touches Interiors or a defective product.
